A couple weekends ago I participated with a few friends in a scavenger hunt that was themed to increase awareness of all the "green" companies and products available in DC. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and the rain held off till later that evening. Not only was it a nice opportunity to learn about the environmentally friendly places in the city but I don't normall spend too much time in the neighborhoods of DC so it was nice to get out and explore some as well!
