Last Hurrah in Durban!

We started doing our "bucket list" of South Africa for our last remaining months in the country. We love Durban so made it a priority to return one last time. In March, we spent a lovely long weekend in Umhlanga, in the same apartment we had rented before, right on the beach. As before, it did not disappoint.  We spent great days at the beach, shell collecting, kite flying, and enjoying the ocean!

We also had an amazing morning at the Ushaka waterpark (just like an American water park, without all the rules!!!). Piper was able to go on pretty much all the slides, either by herself or in our laps. It was so much fun!

We woke up one morning to gray and rainy skies, so we found the indoor amusement park and Piper enjoyed all the rides numerous times!

We're going to miss our little escapes to Durban. But I'm sure we'll be back....
